There is a new free update available for PAF Insight. The newest update is version 2005.5.31.

This update fixes a couple of bugs:

1. Some PAF files contained custom events that were not handled properly by PAF Insight. This caused an error when loading those files.

2. When updating from the IGI and adding a parent or spouse, PAF Insight would sometimes assign the same IDs to the individual and their parent or spouse. This would cause subsequent matching errors during Merge or Compare and Sync.

This update also adds the ability to mark records as "Not a match" in Compare and Sync.

There are also some great new changes to the support section of our website. You can now view step-by-step troubleshooting pages.
