2006 the Chinese year of the Dog
DearREADERS,
FactMonster.com explains that:
- 2006 is the Year of the Dog.
- 2005 was the Year of the Rooster.
- 2004 was the Year of the Monkey.
Following a line of thinking, 2006 is going to be
the year we will FINALLY make progress in our family history research.
WHY?
- -- In 2004 we “monkeyed around” doing research.
- -- In 2005 we “crowed” and “strutted our stuff”
about our ancestors.
- -- But in 2006, we will faithfully “follow
along” as a good hunting dog until we find that elusive ancestor.
